Muy contentos ! 150x190

Compramos el colchón con un poco de inseguridad, pero tanto la gestión del envío, como la calidad del colchón + canapé es increíble, la verdad es que por calidad/precio hemos acertado de pleno!

Surprisingly Comfortable, The First Time

After visiting a few other websites (there are no mattress stores in our area), we chose the Dormideo website because it was more clear (easy to understand) and because it "felt" more reassuring and family-owned and operated.

It was easy to select the mattress that we thought sounded right for us, but we worried that it might not be comfortable. We also had our first house guests coming and needed the delivery to be prompt.

I contacted support, and they were so helpful and expedited the delivery so that the mattress arrived in time. We were so grateful.

Our new mattress was easy to unpack and after a day or so of expanding, we tried it out. It has been perfect! We are sleeping soundly with none of the soreness we had on the old one. We've now ordered a bed frame for it, which should arrive any day.

Thank you, Dormideo, for a perfect experience. We would highly recommend you to anyone needing a new mattress and accessories. Excellent quality and fast, friendly service. The best!

Care and maintenance

Unpack your mattress with care. Do not use sharp or cutting elements to avoid damaging it.
Although we know you're eager to start using it, once unpacked, place it in a horizontal position without putting anything on top for 3 hours.
Avoid getting the mattress wet. You can place a mattress protector to keep it free from stains and moisture.
To ensure even wear, it is ideal to rotate the mattress (from foot to head and vice versa) in the months of January and July and flip it in April and October. (Add icons). Remember that the lifespan of your mattress is about 10 years. (Review this section for mattresses with one side for summer and one for winter).
