Low carbon footprint

We manufacture our mattresses to order on the day and roll them up on the spot. In this way we manage to reduce the carbon footprint of each order without altering the properties of the mattress. More boxes in less space means more efficient and, above all, more sustainable shipping.

On average, the space occupied by 1 unrolled mattress can hold 5 rolled mattresses. This means that each mattress that we send rolled up, its transport pollutes 5 times less than if we send it unrolled. Conclusion: at Vilma Sleep we reduce our carbon footprint without reducing the quality of our mattresses.

Verified production

We use natural products produced in a sustainable way and we make sure that they are durable and can be recycled.
We try to use the best materials, adapting our production model to maximize the use, sustainability and recycling. Surplus material is collected, separated and recycled.

Sustainable factory

We are installing solar panels on the roof of our factory in Castellón. Soon our factory will work with this solar energy. We will keep you informed.
