This collection brings together the main pieces that dress and protect your bed: mattress protectors, mattress covers, sheets, pillowcases and duvets. All of them are designed to work together as a complete bedding set that protects the mattress, improves comfort and helps keep the sleep surface clean over time. More products can be found here in a near future, we are working on design and fabrics of more bed linen products to satisfy your resting needs.

How do I choose the right size for my mattress?

Each product is available in several sizes that match the most common European mattress dimensions. The simplest way is to check the width and length of your mattress and choose the closest equivalent in the size menu of each product

Are the mattress protectors waterproof and breathable at the same time?

Yes. The waterproof protectors in this collection are designed so you don’t have to choose between protection and comfort. For example, the TENCEL™ mattress protector uses a “sandwich” structure: a top and bottom layer of 100% TENCEL™ fabric with a very thin microporous polyurethane film in the middle. This inner layer stops liquids while allowing moisture vapour to pass through, so the surface stays fresh and breathable during the night.

The TENCEL™ mattress protector, for example, is hypoallergenic and anti-dust-mite, combining a naturally soft, thermoregulating fibre with a protective barrier. If you have very sensitive skin or allergies, choosing these options and washing your bed linen regularly can help maintain a more balanced sleep environment.

How should I wash and care for my bed linens?

Care instructions vary slightly between products, so it’s important to check the label and the product page. As a general guide, the TENCEL™ protector can be washed at up to 40°C, without bleach, ironing or tumble drying, to preserve both the fabric and the waterproof membrane.

For sheets, pillowcases and duvets, Vilma Sleep recommends regular washing following the indicated temperature range and avoiding aggressive detergents. This helps the fabrics maintain their softness, breathability and technical properties over time, as explained in their care guides for sheets and bed linen.

Can I use Vilma Sleep bed linens with mattresses from other brands?

Yes. Although the collection is designed to complement Vilma Sleep mattresses, the protectors, covers, sheets, pillowcases and duvets can be used with any mattress that matches the indicated dimensions. As long as the width and length of your mattress correspond to the size chart on the product page, the bed linens will fit and perform as expected.
